Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the HaterPicks platform. We want you to be confident in your subscription, which is why we offer clear cancellation terms and a profit guarantee for monthly subscribers.
1. Free Trial
All new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the rate you selected during signup:
- Weekly: AUD $19.95 per week
- Monthly: AUD $59.95 per month
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account profile page or by emailing support@haterpicks.app.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
3. 30-Day Profit Guarantee (Monthly Plan Only)
We offer a 30-Day Profit Guaranteeexclusively to monthly plan subscribers. If you follow every pick published during your first 30 days and do not achieve a net profit, you are eligible for a full refund of your first month's subscription fee.
3.1 Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for the 30-Day Profit Guarantee, you must:
- Be on the Monthly subscription plan
- Have placed a bet on every published pick during your first 30 days
- Have tracked all bets using the built-in bet tracker within the HaterPicks dashboard
- Submit your refund request within 7 days of the 30-day period ending
We will review your bet tracker history to verify compliance. Partial participation (skipping picks, placing only some bets, or not recording bets in the tracker) does not qualify.
3.2 How to Claim
Email support@haterpicks.appwith the subject line "30-Day Guarantee Claim" within 7 days of your 30-day period ending. Include your account email address. We will review your bet tracker records and respond within 5 business days.
3.3 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Other Refund Requests
Outside of the 30-Day Profit Guarantee, refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees already charged. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in circumstances including:
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Extended service outages that materially prevented you from accessing the Service
- Billing errors
To request a refund, contact support@haterpicks.app with your account details and reason for the request.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). If the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
